When performing a firmware and a driver update, it is recommended that the driver be updated before the firmware. Do not create a new volume or you will lose all information on the array.
There is no conversion between the two server OS’s. Email Required, but never shown. Its telling you to press control m and enter the configuration bios. Remember me This is not conttroller for shared computers.
I found some documentatoin from Dell “Firmware and Driver — A mismatch of firmware and driver could result in random controller lockups, hangs or BSODs. Give serious consideration of new hardware and min of two servers if you don’t want to be on the edge of total disaster.

I take it you are new to raid systems. Community Forum Software by IP. So binding the array information to a new card worked, but it didn’t resolve the problem.
You should have ejected one, waited for the whole raid to complete and then ejected number 2 drive and then waited for the raid to rebuild etc etc.
Post as a guest Name. This unit has a RAID 5 array, but I haven’t pulled a recent enough backup of the data on it to feel comfortable, so I simply can’t break the array in any way. The latest firmware and driver versions can be found on support. It shows that the logical drive is failed but all three physical drives are in the system but they do show up with amber lights.
So I assume accepting new config binds the array information on the new card?
