Reply Helpful Thread reply – more options Link to this Post. I hope that is not true. So the problem is too many last minute changes rushed ma the door. Jan 4, 5: IOGear has said they are working on a driver so I’ll be patient. And that has become a habit. I have to reinstall it with a new OS.

Iogear might be working on a driver but it sure is taking its time. XP recognized the card just fine when I installed the drivers, and even recognized the external hard drive that I plugged into it.
Posted on Dec 10, 3: Just to be sure it wasn’t a defective card I bootcamped WinXP. OWC seems to at least offer some support.

I emailed the company, submitted a support request from their website, and so far I haven’t heard a word from them. When I got the Sonnet still Tiger then I had the same experience as you until Eaata found out about the driver. All replies Drop Down menu. On older systems like G5 you usually needed to reset nvram to get a new card or changed device to show up in the iogead tree list.
I too wanted to be patient but this is just sad. They need to come out with a new driver soon or at least inform the public about it.
